Research Interests: Robust and optimal design of electrical machines

Min Li received his B.Eng in computer engineering from Shanghai Jiaotong university, Shanghai, China. He received his M.Eng in 2007, and PhD in 2013, in electrical engineering from McGill university, Montreal, Canada. He worked as a software and SCM consultant for Volkswagen/Gedas (Now T-System) in Shanghai from 2000 to 2004. He was a teaching assistant and research assistant in the department of electrical and computer engineering at McGill university from 2006 to 2013. In 2012, He was a visiting researcher in the Federal university of Minas Gerais, Belo Horizonte, Brazil. In 2014, he worked as a consultant for Infolytica, Montreal, Canada. Min Li has more than 10 publications in the field of computational electromagnetics (inverse problems and optimization). He received FQRNT doctoral fellowship from 2008 to 2011.
